By accessing this website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Magic AI Ltd provides sporting equipment rental services. Magic AI Ltd does not provide financial services, investment services, regulated advisory services, or any activity requiring regulation under Jersey or any other jurisdiction. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice or regulated activity.

Use of this website is permitted solely for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, transmit malicious code, or use the website in a manner that could impair its functionality.

Any inquiry submitted through the website does not constitute acceptance of a rental agreement. A binding agreement for rental services is formed only when Magic AI Ltd confirms acceptance in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to decline or cancel rental requests at our discretion.

Where equipment is rented, the renter assumes full responsibility for the care, safe use, and return of the equipment. The renter is liable for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of rented equipment during the rental period, except where caused directly by our negligence.

Risk in rented equipment passes to the renter upon delivery or collection and remains with the renter until the equipment is returned and accepted by Magic AI Ltd.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with use of the website or rental services. Our total liability in connection with any rental agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant rental.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All intellectual property rights in the website, including text, branding, graphics, and content, are owned by or licensed to Magic AI Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time without notice where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the website and will take effect upon publication.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jersey. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jersey.
